The Person Behind the Work
Ahmed El Helaly is an Egyptian entrepreneur, coach, and speaker who has spent his career at the intersection of authentic communication and human connection. He has worked with executives, entrepreneurs, artists, and everyday people across Egypt and internationally — helping them stop performing, and start connecting.
His approach is rooted in a fundamental belief: there is no such thing as an uninteresting story, only a story told without conviction. He helps people find the courage to share the behind-the-scenes footage — not just the highlight reel — because that is where real resonance lives.
Ahmed is the founder of Bahja Camp, an immersive retreat venue on the Cairo–Alex road, where he hosts storytelling retreats, corporate workshops, and transformational experiences. He is also the author of The Storyteller Code (2026), a narrative self-help novel exploring the science and soul of human connection — from backstage at Harvard to the mountains of Lebanon to the stages of Dubai.
He plays guitar. He keeps a story journal. He believes every ordinary moment contains a story worth telling. And he has made it his life's work to help people see that — and say it out loud.
Connection isn't a switch you flip. It's a muscle. We're all building it.Ahmed El Helaly — The Storyteller Code
